Roger Fleming

Roger Fleming is one of the Swing Solution's (and the Cupertino Swing Band's) charter members, playing baritone saxophone since 1990. He's been playing music for over fifty years with alto and tenor saxophones, in addition to the bari, clarinet and bass clarinet.

Roger has played in many of the Bay Area bands and orchestras over the years, including Latin jazz groups. He is also a 20-year member of the Unicorns dance band and has enjoyed playing with the San Jose State jazz band and the Stanford Jazz Workshop big band. He is currently playing lead tenor full time with the Serenaders Band.

Roger attended Santa Clara University and the State University of New York at Buffalo, retiring from systems engineering and management after 33 years with GTE Government Systems, Mountain View. He is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, and is with RE/MAX Real Estate Services, the former RE/MAX South Bay Group.
